1. Payment Policy
Full Payment Required: Payment in full is required at the time of booking the session. Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment.
2. Session Scheduling
Booking Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your scheduled session and the Zoom meeting link.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session may not be accommodated.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.
No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, the session fee is non-refundable, and the session cannot be rescheduled.
4. Session Conduct
Timeliness: Please ensure you are on time for your scheduled session. Sessions will begin and end promptly at the scheduled times. If you are late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
Preparation: To make the most of your Power Hour session, please ensure you cover everything in your pre-session form. Be sure to come prepared with any specific questions or topics you would like to discuss.
5. Technical Issues
Client Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection and access to Zoom for the duration of the session.
Rescheduling Due to Technical Issues: In the event of significant technical issues that prevent the session from taking place, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.
6. Intellectual Property
Session Content: All materials, strategies, and advice provided during the session are for your personal use and benefit in your business. You may not redistribute or resell any materials or information provided during the session.
7. Liability
Advice and Outcomes: While we strive to provide the best possible advice and strategies, The Wedding Business Network cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from the sessions. You agree to use the information provided at your own risk.
8. Confidentiality
Privacy: Any information shared during the session will be kept confidential. We respect your privacy and will not disclose any personal or business information to third parties without your consent.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Amendments: The Wedding Business Network reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email and will apply to future sessions.
